ADAIR’S CHIPS
MS-MT-001
Three chips lay on the performer's tle. Two are red, on both sides shown. The Odd one is black (on both sides-shown). These are displayed in a line onto the table surface, the black in central position, and the reds on the outside. An examined pocket-handkerchief is draped over the chips. Showing his hands empty, the performer reaches beneath the hank and brings out the black chip. This he vanishes. When the hank is withdrawn, the black chip has returned, back in its original place, between the reds! This is repeated again. It is repeated for a third time, each time the black chip being removed and vanished, only to reappear again. The Tables are turned, the magician stating that this time he will remove both reds, leaving only the black chip draped. The two red chips are removed and vanished. The audience thinks that the reds will return to their place under the hank... but no, for when the hank is undraped and thrown out to the audience, all chips have gone.

Performer freely displays a playing card and a plastic folder to the audience. He/She borrows a bill and folds it along its long edge, with one half a little wider than the other. He/She places the folded bill inside the folder with the ends projecting on both sides, and visible at all times. He/She now inserts a corner of the card inside the folded bill and pushes it. The corner projects out from the top of the folder apparently penetrating through the bill. The folder and the bill are freely displayed with the card clearly penetrating the bill. He/She then pushes the complete playing card through the bill and out from the top of the folder. He/She takes the bill from the folder and shows it completely unharmed. The bill is returned to the owner
